“A Farm to Table hands on approach”

Shoot like a pro and have fun learning at the same time with your iphone or ipad  Shoot / Print Workshop. Make Beautiful Gallery Style Prints to take home and hang on your walls. The techniques learned in this workshop can also be used to produce artistic images later using a DSLR or Compact Camera.

Whether you’re on a vacation trip or simply a photographer on the go, learn to enjoy amazing image capture and processing techniques using an iphone or ipad for travel or living simply.

  • -Learn to master a iPhone/iPad image capture that will keep you shooting and enjoying life’s moments instead of being weighed down by heavy equipment.
  • -Develop an iPhone/iPad workflow that is personalized to your needs.
  • -Learn to effectively create panoramas , HDR (High Dynamic Range, and use software to capture, display and print exquisite photos using Iphotography.
  • -Understand how to edit your photos and then make prints suitable for framing.
  • -A demonstration of alternative printing and transfer techniques.

You will start the day with an early morning hands on location shoot followed by a mid day editing and finish with an early afternoon demonstration of  alternative transfer techniques and by printing and mounting the mornings best images.

Tom will not only present some group lessons, he will also help each participant individually as needed, to make sure their cameras are set up correctly and that everyone is getting the desired results.



**Please bring your fully charged iPhone and/or iPad with ample storage room ready for photos with you.

**Material fees are included in class price which include onsite printing of artwork and 5 x 7 mats and small glass frames. All participants will be taking home a triptych of prints, matted in small glass frames. A short list of suggested applications for the workshop will be provided and available for download thru The App store. This will be provided upon enrollment.

Instructor Bio-

Thomas Livingston Bollinger (°1964, Washington D.C.) Photographer/ Mixed Media Artist. Tom began shooting professionally at the age of seventeen and never looked back. His education includes photographic studies at The New School / Parsons (NYC) and extensive photographic apprenticeships in New York, Boston, Washington D.C. and Miami with emphasis on commercial, fashion, and fine art photography. Since then he has developed a career as a portrait, landscape, and environmental photographer.  Most recently his focus is as a Mixed Media Artist.  Tom’s photographic work spans 30 years with hundreds of diverse corporate clients ranging from American Express to Sub Zero.  He has also worked with dozens of nonprofits that run the gamut from Greenpeace to The John F. Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts. He has produced, location scouted, and shot photographic assignments in over 32 countries to date.  Tom and his wife, Rhonda, recently moved from South Florida to Cape Cod.
