The 69th Annual Conference of the New England Camera Club Council will be held July 11-13, 2014 (Fri – Sun) at UMASS Amherst. There will be many well known speakers, workshops, equipment displays, photo competitions, models, and much more. Vendors will have equipment for loan on Friday and Saturday. View the schedule here.
Here is a story on a photo project for inspiration. Might be a little extreme for most of us, she was at it for 14 years.
Would be interesting to film the reaction of people watching her set up.
Andrew Howard will be our second guest speaker at our March 13 meeting, giving a presentation on producing a body of work. This will be very helpful for those contemplating doing a club project (see the link on the Jan 23 Meeting). Andrew also has an upcoming Art Association workshop, Developing a Clear Visual Concept for Artists, starting in April that will take this subject even further.
